📋 Description

• responsible for driving new business growth through direct revenue contribution and team leadership • leads the Market Development team in executing a structured sales model • accountable for improving pipeline mix and increasing contribution from controllable revenue generation tactics • manages a team of Market Development Managers • contributes directly to revenue generation in cold-heavy markets • ensures new business conversion is led with impact • prioritizes the development of mission-aligned partnerships • establishes performance expectations, pipeline management standards, and sales accountability measures • partners cross-functionally to strengthen partnership conversion strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 4+ years of sales or fundraising experience, with a strong focus on new business development • 2+ years of team leadership experience • Proven success in outbound (cold) pipeline development and revenue generation • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into action • Experience managing pipeline, conversion metrics, and sales performance • **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** • Professionally trained in consultative sales techniques • Experience in nonprofit fundraising or corporate partnerships • Experience scaling outbound sales strategies • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot)
