β€’ Be the first point of contact for potential clients, focusing on outbound efforts. β€’ Develop and execute effective marketing strategies. β€’ Manage client relationships and contribute to brand success. β€’ Monitor industry trends and collaborate with stakeholders to refine strategies. β€’ Manage the proposal process and generate leads. β€’ Conduct research to inform new investment projects and enhance service delivery. β€’ Report on key marketing metrics and coordinate promotional events.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred. β€’ Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, marketing, sales, or a related field, preferably in property or association management. β€’ Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. β€’ Experience with social media, email marketing, SEO, Google AdWords, and Google Analytics. β€’ Strong understanding of graphic design and UI best practices. β€’ Proven ability to plan, manage resources, and deliver effective presentations. β€’ Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. The majority of work is seated with occasional standing and walking.
