• 3–5+ years of proven experience in data analytics, specifically within CRM, Marketing, or Product environments. • Advanced proficiency in SQL for extracting, manipulating, and analyzing complex datasets. • Hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards using BI platforms (such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Metabase). • Solid track record in analyzing user behavior, customer journeys, and key product metrics. • Deep understanding of CRM performance, user engagement, and retention indicators (Retention Rate, Churn, LTV, Cohort Analysis). • Experience working comfortably with large-scale, high-volume datasets. • Strong grasp of statistical methods and best practices for setting up, executing, and evaluating A/B tests. • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations. • Exceptional systematic and analytical thinking to break down complex issues. • High level of independence, responsibility, and ability to thrive with ambiguous or loosely defined tasks. • A self-starter attitude with a strong sense of initiative and sharp attention to detail. • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills—you can confidently pitch your findings and back up your recommendations with data.
