📋 Description

•Own and independently manage a sizable portfolio of banking and credit union client relationships as the primary point of contact •Build strong client partnerships through proactive communication, timely delivery of relevant research and clear, value-added insights that address key business needs and priorities •Collaborate with the research team and consultants to translate research insights and data into clear recommendations that support client decision-making •Grow account revenue through upsell and expansion opportunities within your book of business •Own the renewal process, including timing, positioning, and proposal through regular client communication •Build strategic relationships with key client stakeholders across your client book to strengthen long-term partnerships and retention

🎯 Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent •Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, client success or consultative sales roles •Proven ability to own and grow a book of business, with revenue accountability •Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including experience working directly with senior-level clients •Ability to translate research, data or insights into clear business recommendations, in collaboration with colleagues •Commercial mindset with comfort leading renewal and expansion conversations •Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client relationships independently •Proficiency with MS Office and comfortable working through modern database and communication systems •Alignment with Rivel’s core values
