📋 Description

• Location: (Remote) • Reports to: Chief Talent Officer • At RNRS Solutions, we believe in building long-term partnerships with both our people and customers. • Our mission is to support product companies in scaling their business and expanding internationally by providing world-class staffing solutions. • We specialize in recruiting mid-level management, sales teams, and business executives, helping our clients secure top-tier talent for critical roles that drive business growth. • You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to identify, attract, and secure top-tier talent for growing businesses. • Your primary focus will be on senior and executive-level roles, ensuring a smooth and effective hiring process that directly contributes to our clients’ success. • We invest in your professional growth. Based on your performance, you will have opportunities to expand your responsibilities and develop your expertise in talent acquisition. • Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment, Candidate Sourcing, Interview Coordination, Stakeholder Collaboration, Job Posting & Employer Branding, Candidate Assessment, Recruitment Data Management, Compliance & Best Practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a successful track record of hiring for business and/or engineering roles. • Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective recruitment strategies. • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities. • Ability to adapt and perform well in a fast-growing, dynamic work environment. • Upper-intermediate English proficiency is required.
