📋 Description

• Lead all Regional Technicians within the region, with indirect oversight of Fleet Managers and Damage Detection Experts for approximately 1,000 vehicles at 10 stations • Report directly to the Market Fleet Manager and be assigned to the Regional Operations Manager • Own the Maintenance, Repair and Fleet Transfer budget • Ensure cost-efficient, high-quality repairs across the region • Define repair strategies per vehicle based on damage reports and operational priorities • Coordinate workshop capacity, scheduling, and spare parts flow to maintain vehicle availability • Build and optimize the internal and external workshop network • Lead and develop station fleet teams, including technicians, fleet managers, and damage detection experts • Track repair cost, repair time, and damage detection accuracy KPIs • Drive strategic initiatives for continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or Apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a similar technical field • 5+ years of experience in fleet management, maintenance, repair, or workshop management • 3+ years of direct people management experience, preferably in a technical and operational environment • Strong analytical and budgeting skills with a focus on efficiency and quality • Confident leadership and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment • Travel to internal stations and external vendors within the region required • Fluency in German and English, written and spoken • Proficiency in maintenance or fleet management systems such as SAP or Oracle
