📋 Description

• Provide first-line technical support for Robot.com autonomous fleet operations • Receive and track issues, incidents, and accidents during Robot operations • Diagnose and solve level-1 technical problems • Provide remote support to field operations personnel • Use internal technical tools to troubleshoot autonomy, video, and connectivity issues • Escalate unresolved or complex incidents to Service Desk Engineers or specialized teams through predefined communication channels • Monitor the ticket queue for timely responses and appropriate categorization • Support the robot software update process • Maintain clear communication with Operative and Technical Teams • Learn and apply company procedures, technical guides, and best practices in real time • Execute documented procedures and support flows to maintain fleet stability • Act as primary support for Service Desk Engineer Robotics and Service Desk Engineer Platforms functions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with ticketing systems or help desk workflows in technical environments • Basic Linux CLI navigation and command-line troubleshooting capabilities • Demonstrated problem-solving experience in hardware/software technical contexts • English proficiency level B1 or above for clear technical communication • Technical degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, with 3rd semester minimum if currently enrolled • Nice-to-have: Basic Python programming knowledge • Nice-to-have: Git/GitHub workflow experience • Nice-to-have: Understanding of sensor technologies (LiDAR, cameras, GPS) • Nice-to-have: Understanding of communication protocols (Serial, I2C, CAN) • Nice-to-have: Previous experience in startup environments or robotics/automation industries
