📋 Description

• Partner with Process Improvement, Product, DevOps, IT, Security, and other business functions to identify and understand workflow and process problems • Translate ambiguous business problems into concrete technical approaches • Map existing workflows, including systems, stakeholders, handoffs, dependencies, and bottlenecks • Identify opportunities for automation and determine which problems are appropriate for technical intervention • Design, prototype, build, and productionize automation solutions • Integrate solutions with existing internal systems, APIs, infrastructure, and product workflows as required • Communicate technical tradeoffs and proposed solutions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences • Work independently from discovery through implementation rather than relying on predefined engineering tickets • Participate in DevOps ceremonies while collaborating with Process Improvement and Product stakeholders • Demonstrate ownership and proactively identify opportunities • Establish patterns and best practices to support a broader Forward Deployed Engineer capability

🎯 Requirements

• Previous hands-on experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer or in a genuinely equivalent forward-deployed role • Strong software engineering background and ability to build production-quality solutions • Proven experience implementing workflow/process automation solutions • Experience working directly with business stakeholders to discover and define problems • Demonstrated ability to operate successfully in ambiguous environments without detailed requirements • Experience taking solutions from discovery/prototype through production • Strong systems-thinking and problem-solving capabilities • Ability to work across APIs, integrations, internal tools, and existing production systems • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong ownership, autonomy, and leadership • Required resume submission • Required phone number • Required LinkedIn Profile • Must be currently based in Latin America
