📋 Description

• Design, implement, and oversee multi-channel digital solutions using Adobe Experience Cloud • Assess client digital ecosystems and develop 2- to 4-year digital marketing roadmaps • Create architecture diagrams and technical documentation • Assist with project estimation, scope definition, resource allocation, and timelines • Build proof-of-concepts, integrations, and production deliveries using TypeScript, Next.js, Python, and Java • Use AI tools to accelerate development, build agentic tools, and automate workflows for operational efficiency, QA, and tracking • Foster engineering excellence and maximize AI-tool use in product development and delivery • Implement testing strategies and recommend governance policies • Define project objectives and success-measurement methodologies • Engage technical resources, C-suite executives, and senior leadership • Create internal and external knowledge-sharing materials • Participate in sales pursuits, solutioning, architecture, design, configuration, testing, debugging, and documentation • Mentor engineers and support AI-native development adoption

🎯 Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of engineering experience • Experience leading large global technology delivery programs across the US, India, LATAM, EU, and APAC • 4+ years of hands-on experience implementing, managing, and architecting complex solutions across 3+ Adobe solutions • Adobe Multi-Solution Architect and related certifications • Strong Enterprise Architecture, Digital Transformation, and MarTech implementation background • Experience with CMS and data management systems, including Contentful, Sanity, and ContentStack • Strong development experience with TypeScript, Next.js, Python, Java, client-side technologies, server-side programming, and server-to-server APIs • Proven experience in solutioning, pre-sales, pitching, project estimation, and scope definition • Expertise in system design and architecture, technical discussions, trade-off evaluation, and architectural decision-making • Experience with iterative delivery, continuous experimentation, rapid feedback loops, and outcome-driven execution • Strong client-facing problem-solving skills • Mandatory experience serving US and EU clients • Executive stakeholder management and commercial acumen • Demonstrated expertise with AI engineering tools such as Claude, Cursor, V0, Vercel, or equivalents • Experience developing AI agents, sub-agents, workflow orchestration, and automation • Experience evaluating, adopting, and driving emerging AI technologies and practices • Ability to mentor engineers on AI-native development approaches • Multiple Experience Cloud Architect or Business Practitioner Adobe Certified Expert certifications preferred • Experience as a direct Adobe customer or consultant deploying Adobe services preferred • Experience delivering digital results in Technical and Sales/Marketing roles preferred
