📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot the client's WordPress website and related satellite sites, microsites, and location or practice-area domains • Ensure websites are fast, secure, mobile-responsive, and built to convert • Monitor uptime, performance, and security across the full site network • Proactively catch outages or degradation and resolve issues before they affect leads, rankings, or brand reputation • Manage servers and deployments, including staging-to-production workflows, backups, uptime, and performance • Maintain clear documentation for each environment • Build and maintain integrations between websites, CRM platforms such as Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and third-party systems • Own the technical side of web lead capture, monitor errors, qualify lead issues, and resolve breakdowns with marketing and sales teams • Query and manage relational SQL databases for reporting, integrations, and troubleshooting • Use APIs to connect internal and third-party tools • Build or troubleshoot Zapier and other automations • Use AI tools to speed development, debug issues, and identify opportunities to improve or rebuild projects • Support A/B testing, Google Analytics and similar analytics tracking, and on-page SEO practices • Write and maintain technical documentation for integrations, deployments, and recurring workflows • Collaborate with marketing, sales, design, outside agencies, and vendors • Work with a Lead developer to own the technical health of the client's site network end to end

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in web development • Proficient in PHP, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS • Comfortable working with WordPress, including theme/plugin customization, maintenance, and troubleshooting • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and connecting third-party systems • Experience maintaining or deploying to a web server, including staging-to-production workflows • Hands-on experience with CRM and/or marketing automation tools • Skilled, enthusiastic user of AI tools who actively looks for ways to apply them to build and improve projects faster • Strong attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple projects at once • Clear written and verbal communication • Familiarity with on-page and technical SEO best practices and tools like Google Analytics or SEMrush (preferred, not required) • Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8AM–5PM Central Standard Time
