📋 Description

• Build, maintain, and enhance financial models related to forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis • Perform deep financial analysis and proactively identify insights, trends, and solutions • Translate complex financial results into clear explanations for non-finance stakeholders • Support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis across the business • Leverage AI tools and workflows to improve efficiency, analysis depth, and decision support • Create dashboards and visualizations using BI tools to support leadership decision-making • Ensure accuracy, structure, and clarity across all financial outputs

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Finance Analyst, FP&A Analyst, or similar role • Background in a medium-sized or larger company (startup-only or purely transactional roles are not a fit) • Strong hands-on experience with: • Financial modeling • Forecasting and budgeting • Variance and performance analysis • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills; comfortable building models from scratch • Experience using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar) • Demonstrated experience using AI in finance or analysis workflows • Strong business communication skills — able to explain financial results to non-finance leaders • Comfortable working with senior leadership and high levels of visibility.
