📋 Description

• Build, maintain, and enhance financial models related to forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis • Perform deep financial analysis and proactively identify insights, trends, and solutions • Translate complex financial results into clear explanations for non-finance stakeholders • Support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis across the business • Leverage AI tools and workflows to improve efficiency, analysis depth, and decision support • Create dashboards and visualizations using BI tools to support leadership decision-making • Ensure accuracy, structure, and clarity across all financial outputs • Interact regularly with senior leadership, including CEOs and business owners • Help the finance function adopt and scale AI in financial analysis, modeling, and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience • Proven experience as a Finance Analyst, FP&A Analyst, or similar role • Background in a medium-sized or larger company • Strong hands-on experience with financial modeling • Strong hands-on experience with forecasting and budgeting • Strong hands-on experience with variance and performance analysis • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills; comfortable building models from scratch • Experience using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar • Demonstrated experience using AI in finance or analysis workflows • Strong business communication skills; able to explain financial results to non-finance leaders • Comfortable working with senior leadership and high levels of visibility • Able to describe use of AI tools in financial analysis, modeling, reporting, or decision support • Able to bring a real interview example demonstrating use of AI or advanced analysis to solve a problem • Schedule availability Monday to Friday, 8AM–5PM Central Standard Time
