📋 Description
• Provide high-level business support to the Vice President of Brokerage Sales • Manage complex schedules and facilitate effective communications • Represent the Vice President with professionalism and discretion • Prioritize meeting requests and manage access to the leader • Plan and arrange comprehensive travel logistics • Capture detailed meeting notes and follow up on deliverables
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of three years’ experience in an administrative or executive support role • Holds a bachelor's degree (preferred) • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact professionally at all levels • Open to working fully remote with the flexibility to travel once per quarter
