• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for key strategic accounts critical to Rockwell Automation's growth. • Drive profitable expansion of products, solutions, and services by building executive-level relationships and delivering measurable customer value aligned to business outcomes. • Lead collaboration across global sales, product groups, and support teams to ensure consistent execution and maximize account growth worldwide. • Develop and execute strategies to drive growth across strategic accounts. • Establish trusted partnerships with senior customer stakeholders. • Identify, qualify, and close high-value opportunities across products, solutions, and services. • Align with sales teams, product groups, and regions to deliver consistent execution. • Lead complex deals, prioritize opportunities, and deploy resources effectively. • Drive alignment and results within a global, matrixed organization. • Deliver annual account plans and ongoing progress updates.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. • A valid drivers license. • Typically 5+ years of experience selling control and/or information solutions within the automation or process control industries (or closely related fields). • Ability and willingness to travel globally as required. • Global sales experience preferred. • Applied experience selling or supporting control/information solutions within target industries, or relevant background in production/process engineering, manufacturing operations, or similar environments. • Demonstrated ability to engage and sell at senior management and executive levels, articulating value with quantifiable results and economic impact.
