• Assist the sales team to help attain sales goals. • Travel on-site to business-to-business customer locations to assist in selling products and services to end users. • Build friendly, professional relationships with on-site contacts and customers while promoting our CustomFit program. • Overcome employee objections to the CustomFit service model. • Provide employees with safety footwear information and advice for product. • Collaborate effectively with the Key Account Executives, RAM’s and Inside Sales Support team. • Assist in resolving any customer complaints by communicating with the appropriate team members.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school is preferred but not required. • Previous experience in sales is a plus, but we are also open to those looking to start their career. • Ability to Speak both English and Spanish fluently. • Valid Driver’s License is required. • PC skills including intermediate skill level of experience using Microsoft Suite applications. • Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow. • Strong time management and multitasking abilities. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
