📋 Description

‱ Drive revenue growth by developing new business within target industrial markets ‱ Build and manage long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including engineers, maintenance managers, and procurement teams ‱ Identify opportunities for component repair, coating, grinding, and refurbishment services ‱ Evaluate customer requirements, drawings, and specifications to define scope and recommend solutions ‱ Lead the quoting and negotiation process for complex, high-value jobs ‱ Collaborate closely with operations to ensure technical alignment, execution success, and customer satisfaction ‱ Maintain a strong presence in the field through regular customer visits and industry engagement ‱ Provide market intelligence and contribute to strategic growth initiatives

🎯 Requirements

‱ Experience in critical equipment across oil & gas, power generation, and heavy industrial markets, service sales and support ‱ Proven high performing sales presence in region ‱ Track record of achieving both customer satisfaction and profitable sales ‱ Ability to identify opportunities and communicate them to RMS ‱ Strong technical background in rotating equipment, coatings, machining, or repair services ‱ Proven track record of developing new business and closing complex deals ‱ Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications ‱ Established industry relationships within oil & gas, power generation, or related sectors preferred ‱ Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills ‱ Self-directed, accountable, and results-oriented ‱ Must be fluent in English
