âą Experience in critical equipment across oil & gas, power generation, and heavy industrial markets, service sales and support âą Proven high performing sales presence in region âą Track record of achieving both customer satisfaction and profitable sales âą Ability to identify opportunities and communicate them to RMS âą Strong technical background in rotating equipment, coatings, machining, or repair services âą Proven track record of developing new business and closing complex deals âą Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications âą Established industry relationships within oil & gas, power generation, or related sectors preferred âą Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills âą Self-directed, accountable, and results-oriented âą Must be fluent in English
