📋 Description

• Manage and advise B2B customers within the sales region • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships in collaboration with the internal sales team • Analyze customer requirements and needs, as well as monitor market and competitor developments • Present and demonstrate vehicles/products at customer sites • Assist with vehicle training and instruction at customer sites as required • Prepare drafts and support quotations, calculations, and tenders • Provide technical advice in coordination with the technical office and project management • Follow up on quotations, negotiate, and close orders • Support customers during body-in-white inspections, vehicle collections, and trade shows • Maintain and use the CRM system in collaboration with the internal sales team

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field • Professional experience in field sales • Experience in the vehicle/commercial vehicle sector or a technical environment • Strong customer and service orientation, combined with a confident and persuasive manner • Technical understanding and enthusiasm for explaining and demonstrating products • Strong negotiation and closing skills, along with a structured and independent approach to work • Proficiency in common PC applications and, ideally, CRM systems • Willingness to travel within the sales region
