📋 Description

• Lead the organic growth strategy for a portfolio of international mobile apps • Develop long-term ASO strategies aligned with clients' commercial objectives • Identify opportunities to grow organic acquisition, conversion rates and revenue • Build quarterly growth roadmaps and prioritize initiatives based on impact • Translate data into clear strategic recommendations for clients • Conduct keyword research and market analysis • Optimize metadata across the App Store and Google Play • Develop localization strategies across multiple markets • Optimize creative assets, including screenshots, icons, feature graphics and video recommendations • Plan and analyze A/B tests • Monitor rankings, visibility, conversion rates and competitor movements • Stay ahead of platform changes and industry trends • Present strategies and recommendations to founders, product teams and marketing leaders • Lead client calls and workshops • Build trusted client relationships • Collaborate with Paid User Acquisition, Creative Strategy, CRM & Retention, Measurement & Attribution and Growth Consulting teams • Represent REPLUG through conferences, webinars, podcasts, LinkedIn thought leadership, articles and industry content • Support marketing initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of hands-on ASO experience • Experience managing multiple mobile apps simultaneously • Strong understanding of both the Apple App Store and Google Play ecosystems • Proven experience developing ASO strategies, not just executing tasks • Deep knowledge of keyword optimisation, metadata and localisation • Experience planning and evaluating A/B tests • Strong understanding of App Store conversion optimisation • Working knowledge of Apple Search Ads and how paid search supports organic growth • Excellent analytical skills and confidence working with performance data • Experience presenting recommendations directly to clients or senior stakeholders • Excellent written and spoken English • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment • Nice to have: Experience in a mobile marketing agency • Nice to have: Experience with enterprise or international apps • Nice to have: Experience with implementing AI in day-to-day activities • Nice to have: Familiarity with MMPs • Nice to have: Experience using AppTweak, MobileAction, Sensor Tower, ASOdesk or SplitMetrics • Nice to have: Additional languages • Nice to have: Previous conference speaking, webinars, or public presentations
