📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product Owners, SMEs, and IT partners in a SAFe Agile environment • Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams. • Conduct requirements elicitation and gap analyses to align business processes with technical solutions. • Develop detailed functional and technical specifications to guide application development and deployment. • Create and maintain documentation, including process flows, user stories, and test cases. • Assist in release planning and execution within the SAFe agile framework. • Provide Tier 3 support for troubleshooting application issues and lead root-cause analysis. • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends. • Utilize the RTX CORE OS framework methods and tools. • Travel may be required up to 10%.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), or Business Information Systems with 8+ years relevant experience, or 5+ years with an advanced degree. • 5+ years experience as a business systems analyst supporting enterprise solutions. • Strong knowledge of digital business processes and enterprise applications. • Experience with requirements elicitation techniques. • Proficiency in creating process diagrams, use cases, and documentation. • Familiarity with ERP or cloud-based solutions.
