📋 Description

• Build strategic relationships within accounts • Maximize development and growth opportunities • Achieve and expand new and existing revenue and customer loyalty through Account Management • Monitor the commercial performance of accounts within a portfolio • Identify and develop additional sales potential and lead strategic account development plans • Seek new business opportunities within assigned accounts • Ensure proper disposition of technical logistical and operational customer requests • Schedule and attend regular customer meetings • Generate and communicate monthly statistical and operational reports • Monitor financials and implement corrective actions as appropriate • Manage contractual and billing issues related to third party maintenance • Represent the Connected Aviation Solutions group at conferences and trade shows
