📋 Description

• Manage the Procure-to-Pay process for indirect materials • Identify qualified suppliers while leveraging existing agreements • Manage purchase order placement from requisition through invoice payment for assigned commodities • Obtain quotations and negotiate pricing and delivery • Analyze supplier quotes and make sourcing recommendations and decisions • Ensure product on-time delivery to schedule • Negotiate price, lead time and terms and conditions with suppliers • Complete purchase order documentation according to company policies and procedures • Place orders on time to support business needs and team-defined turnaround times • Interface with requisitioners and other functional groups • Support Supply Chain projects and process improvements • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive cost-effective procurement solutions and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or a related field • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience • Minimum of 1 year of experience with SAP procurement software or similar ERP systems in a supply chain or procurement environment • Experience with Oracle, Epicor, PeopleSoft, APEX or PRISM • Advanced proficiency in English • Must be authorized to work in Mexico without current or future company immigration sponsorship • Strong communication skills • Proficiency in SAP and Ariba • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Familiarity with lean principles and process improvement strategies • Knowledge of indirect commodities in a manufacturing or aerospace environment • Experience in NPI purchasing, including sourcing and procurement
