📋 Description

• Drafting complex legal pleadings and court filings • Representation at hearings and oral arguments • Analysis of insurance contracts and claims • Managing relationships with clients and insurers

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • Knowledge of Insurance Law, claims regulation, civil liability and consumer law • Minimum of 3 years' experience in the role or in similar activities
