• Develop and pursue sales strategies aimed towards finding new business opportunities in your region, hunt large accounts, create a pipeline of qualified leads according to the company targets, and turn them into proposals and contracts • Develop comprehensive account plans to gain a deep understanding of the prospect's needs and priorities, and ultimately provide workable solutions • Develop Rules Cube’s sales strategic plan • Management of customer expectations and contract compliance, addendums, and amendments • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements are met • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.
• Over 5 years of experience in selling Pega (Pegasystems) technical solutions • Previous work experience in digital transformation consulting firms • Able to synthesize essential concepts during presentations and customize them to align with the client needs • Being able to understand and explain technical terms in way that is easy to understand by client executives • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software • Ability to negotiate commercial contracts • Excellent communication skills and empathy, able to understand the needs of customers and know how to communicate them • Proven track record of success driving deals through prospecting, discovery, solution proposal, negotiation, and closing new business • Bachelor's degree in a related field. • Nice-to-Have: Strong technical background (education and/or experience). • Excellent level of English
