📋 Description

• Perform full calculation of PIS, COFINS and ICMS, ensuring tax compliance; • Prepare and file ancillary tax obligations (EFD-Contribuições, EFD-ICMS, DCTF, etc.); • Conduct internal and external audits, tax reviews and compliance analyses; • Identify opportunities for credit recovery and tax optimization; • Support tax consulting projects, specific audits and retroactive reviews; • Prepare legal opinions, technical reports and presentations with tax conclusions; • Monitor tax assessments and assist in preparing defenses and analyses; • Manage and monitor PER/DCOMP processes and tax compensations; • Stay up to date on legislation and impacts in the road freight transport (TRC) sector; • Contribute to organizing and standardizing working papers, folders and documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Calculation of PIS, COFINS and ICMS; • Audit and review of indirect taxes; • Interpretation of tax legislation applicable to the road freight transport (TRC) sector; • Proficiency with ancillary obligations: EFD-Contribuições, EFD-ICMS/IPI, DCTF, ECF and PER/DCOMP; • Analysis of tax immunity and special/regime-specific treatments; • Tax vs. accounting reconciliation and review of tax credits
