📋 Description

• Manage various social media platforms, primarily TikTok and Pinterest accounts, across multiple client brands. • Research social media trends, viral content, trending audio and platform updates. • Develop organic social media strategies focused on engagement and follower growth. • Create and maintain content calendars, ideally planning two weeks in advance. • Edit short-form video content using client-provided footages. • Produce engaging, on-brand content that aligns with luxury and premium aesthetics. • Work closely with the internal creative team by recommending content ideas before scheduled shoots. • Organise and schedule content through the agency's social media management platform. • Draft captions and copy for review while maintaining each client's unique brand voice. • Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities to improve reach and engagement. • Prepare monthly analytics reports for various social media platforms including TikTok and Pinterest, highlighting key insights and recommendations. • Stay highly responsive to reactive content opportunities and last-minute client requests. • Manage multiple client accounts while maintaining quality, consistency and deadlines.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in social media management. • Experience managing multiple social media platforms, primarily TikTok and Pinterest for business brands. • Strong understanding of algorithms, trends, viral content and organic growth strategies. • Experience creating and editing short-form video content using CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite. • Graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva. • Ability to analyse social media performance and turn insights into actionable improvements. • Strong content planning and organisational skills. • Experience creating content calendars and managing multiple brands simultaneously. • Excellent written English with the ability to write engaging social media copy. • Strong eye for visual storytelling, branding and premium content. • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote creative team. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
