📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact between Business and IT. • Understand the processes and needs of client areas. • Map problems, opportunities, improvements and risks. • Lead requirement-gathering and requirements-definition meetings. • Translate the client area's needs into a scope that covers all involved business units. • Support the exploration and definition of solutions with the involved areas. • Manage stakeholder expectations. • Ensure alignment between business, vendors and technical teams. • Lead projects end-to-end. • Prepare schedules and execution plans. • Manage scope, schedule, costs, risks and quality. • Coordinate vendors and multidisciplinary teams. • Conduct follow-up and governance meetings. • Organize project documentation and governance. • Manage changes, risks and dependencies. • Ensure transition to operations and formal project closure.

• Solid experience in project management. • Experience working directly with business areas. • Experience in requirements elicitation and documentation. • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
