📋 Description

• Analyze and document current-state (As-Is) IT Service Management (ITSM) processes across multiple regions • Work with Incident Management, Request Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Knowledge Management • Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and regional differences • Support the Workstream Lead and Project Manager in preparing project documentation, executive presentations, and governance artifacts • Develop L2 and L3 process maps, business requirements documentation, and functional specifications • Lead initiatives to standardize and harmonize global processes while accommodating local needs • Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), program leaders, and Workstream Leads to translate business needs into structured requirements • Facilitate alignment among stakeholders from different countries and organizational areas • Ensure alignment with related IT areas, such as Service Desk, Hosting, Tech4Tech, and Digital Workplace • Support the adoption of new processes and ways of working

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale transformation programs, working in global and multicultural environments • Experience with or knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Experience with or knowledge of application development • Experience with or knowledge of project management methodologies and PMO practices • Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements • Ability to design processes and prepare functional documentation • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization • Experience conducting interviews, workshops, and stakeholder meetings • Excellent communication and facilitation skills • Ability to work in dynamic environments involving multiple projects and changing circumstances • Comfortable working with ambiguity and defining solutions in a structured manner • Knowledge of ServiceNow (SNOW) • Experience as a Service Designer • Experience working on global operating model transformation programs • Experience with Shared Services • Experience working on outsourcing projects • Experience standardizing global IT processes • Advanced English proficiency
