📋 Description

• Configure, customize, and enhance solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. • Develop and maintain plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, scripts, components, business rules, and platform extensions. • Translate business needs into viable functional and technical solutions, with a practical, delivery-oriented approach. • Contribute to the management of entities, forms, views, and business rules. • Design and maintain automation flows with Power Automate and participate in developing supporting applications with Power Apps. • Contribute to initiatives focused on optimizing and digitizing internal processes. • Collaborate on integrations between Dynamics 365 and corporate systems, participating in the definition and validation of interfaces with MuleSoft, internal systems, and external services. • Perform technical testing and follow up on integration-related incidents. • Analyze and resolve second-level incidents. • Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance activities. • Participate in deployments and validations across development, testing, and production environments. • Contribute to the technical documentation of solutions and procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Participation in CRM system development or maintenance projects. • Required knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform (Power Automate and Power Apps), C#, JavaScript, Microsoft Dataverse, SQL Server, and REST APIs. • Experience with Azure Functions, Git, integrations through MuleSoft, Omnichannel for Customer Service, Copilot Studio, and AI capabilities applied to CRM. • Advanced English and Spanish (required). • Ability to work in international environments.
