📋 Description

• Handle and close qualified inbound leads • Execute targeted outbound activities: cold calls, follow-ups and reminders • Quickly qualify the business needs of restaurant owners • Present RusHour's solutions clearly and communicate their value proposition • Manage the entire sales cycle, from first contact to closing • Update the CRM and maintain rigorous pipeline follow-up • Meet and exceed monthly signing targets • Quickly ramp up knowledge of our offerings, market and tools

🎯 Requirements

• Strong commercial drive and sales motivation • Comfortable on the phone with strong persuasive skills • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-moving environment • Results- and performance-oriented mindset • Experience in B2B sales / closing / cold calling is a plus but not required • Autonomous, disciplined and reliable
