📋 Description

• Support for the sales team, e.g., preparation of tender documents, statistics and customer correspondence • Point of contact for customers, team leaders and management • Coordination and handling of public tenders, including ensuring complete and timely documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an Office Management Clerk (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification • Self-organized and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Strong communication skills and a courteous manner when dealing with contacts • Responsible, goal-oriented working style with strong decision-making ability and high motivation
