📋 Description
• provide sourcing support to the Recruiting teams • prescreening and scheduling quality candidate interviews • identify and interact with potential passive candidates • serve as the primary point of contact for incoming candidates • facilitate/coordinate interviews • match candidates' skills to available openings • communicate professionally • maintain a high level of confidentiality • develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs • maintaining employee profiles • provide administrative and compliance support to the Recruitment team
🎯 Requirements
• H.S. diploma/GED required • Bachelor's degree preferred in related field
