• Provide sourcing support to the Recruiting teams and their open positions • Prescreening and scheduling quality candidate interviews • Identify and interact with potential passive candidates • Facilitate/coordinate interviews • Match candidates' skills to available openings in their area • Provide broader Human Resources department support, including: Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs • Maintaining employee profiles • Employment Screenings • Provide administrative and compliance support to the Recruitment team • Support the HR team in special projects and/or assignments
• H.S. diploma/GED required • Bachelor's degree preferred in related field
