📋 Description

• Measure, track, and analyze operational efficiency • Identify trends and work with stakeholders to understand root causes • Translate analysis and learnings into actionable insights • Build, own, and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards • Present insights to business partners and executive leadership • Partner with internal stakeholders to build datasets and conduct robust analyses • Collaborate with data partners to scale the client’s data ecosystem • Enable cross-functional projects • Contribute to building a new Data team from the ground up

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in the e-commerce sector, ideally focused on customer journey analysis such as checkout processes and customer feedback • Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, CRM systems, and platforms such as Shopify • Strong SQL experience • Ability to work with clean, high-quality data and build complex data models • Ability to identify customer pain points and retention opportunities • Ability to implement innovative solutions to optimize customer experiences and processes • Experience across various industries or domains • Demonstrated longevity in previous roles • Ability to work as the first hire in the data area with minimal guidance • Experience working with teams across different time zones is a bonus
