• Join the Recruiting team to help bring the best talent to the company. • Partner across teams and execute sourcing campaigns to attract and hire technical talent. • Manage end-to-end recruiting processes and candidate relationships. • Utilize CTS/ATS for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
• Fluent in English verbal and written communication. • +2 years of technical recruiting experience. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • Experience managing end-to-end recruiting processes. • CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates (experience using Lever is a plus). • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships. • Strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills.
