📋 Description

• Own and improve day-to-day business operations • Build, document, and implement SOPs and workflows • Create processes and documentation in Notion • Coordinate supply chain, logistics, 3PL, fulfillment, and Customer Service • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions • Coordinate cross-functional projects and priorities • Support recruiting, interviewing, and employee onboarding • Ensure employees have the systems and access needed to perform their roles • Provide operational reporting to executives • Build structure and accountability across departments

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years managing operations for a DTC/eCommerce brand • Proven experience creating and implementing SOPs and operational systems • Strong eCommerce management experience • Highly organized with excellent project and process management skills • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Proactive problem-solver who works well independently • Strong ownership mentality—you identify problems and solve them • Able to commit exclusively to the company • Strong plus: experience working inside a scaled DTC brand across operations, project management, hiring, customer service, fulfillment, supply chain, and reporting • Strong plus: previous ownership or management of a direct-response eCommerce brand generating approximately $2M–$5M+ per month, particularly in the supplement space
