📋 Description

• Build, lead, and develop a growing organisation of System Engineers • Ensure successful end-to-end delivery of customer projects, including scope, quality, cost, and timeline • Establish and evolve project governance, delivery models, and ways of working • Create collaboration between system engineering, project managers, product development, and stakeholders • Plan and utilise cross-functional software, hardware, systems, and supplier resources • Drive risk management, integration planning, and deployment readiness • Act as a senior escalation point for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders • Strengthen supplier coordination and delivery performance across the value chain • Drive continuous improvement, standardisation, and scalability in deploying mobile ATM solutions • Contribute to strategic business development as part of the Project Execution global leadership team • Lead delivery of remote air traffic management solutions from system design and integration through deployment and operational handover

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience leading project delivery organisations, programmes, or engineering-driven delivery teams • Strong ability to drive and lead continuous improvement and change initiatives • Strong customer and stakeholder management skills • Strong communication skills • Strong leadership experience, including building teams and developing engineers • Solid understanding of project governance, system delivery, and risk management • Experience in regulated, safety-critical, or mission-critical environments • Fluency in English and Swedish, written and spoken • Experience delivering complex, system-oriented solutions in software-intensive environments • Understanding of the full lifecycle of advanced technical systems, from architecture and integration to deployment and operational handover • Experience in air traffic management or mobile/deployable systems considered an advantage • Must pass security vetting based on current regulations • Additional citizenship obligations may apply for positions requiring security clearance
