📋 Description

• Support customers with their day-to-day needs • Provide guidance on the effective use of products and services • Collect customer feedback to continuously improve the customer experience • Work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with a 2-hour break

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication and organizational skills • Must have a computer or laptop, headset or headphones, webcam, and stable internet connection • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, Accounting, or a related field • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) • Basic knowledge of accounting and tax matters is a plus • Basic knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
