📋 Description

• Identify and target new client opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and cold outreach • Conduct client meetings (in-person or virtual) to understand business needs and position our staffing services accordingly • Develop proposals and negotiate commercial terms aligned with company targets • Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of candidates • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure repeat business • Track sales pipeline using CRM and report on progress against sales KPIs • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking activities • Stay informed on labor market trends, competitors, and legislative updates affecting the staffing sector in Italy

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the staffing, recruitment, or HR services industry • Strong knowledge of Italian labor laws and staffing models • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Ability to work independently and manage a full sales cycle • Fluent in Italian and proficient in English (written and spoken) • Strong organisational and CRM skills (e.g., Salesforce) • Experience selling to mid-size and large companies in manufacturing, logistics, or IT • Familiarity with Staffing, RPO, and international staffing solutions • Existing portfolio of client contacts or industry network is a strong plus
