📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, transfers, performance matters, and offboarding. • Advise clients and workers on local employment law, HR policies, benefits, and market practices. • Partner with Payroll, Sales, Client Success, and global teams to provide local HR guidance and seamless service delivery. • Manage HR matters and projects independently while ensuring quality, SLA adherence, compliance, and timely resolution. • Identify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities. • Build relationships with clients and workers and use feedback and market insights to improve service quality, engagement, and satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of HR experience with strong knowledge of local employment legislation (Turkish Labor Law or Bulgarian Labor Law). • Degree in HR or a related field; university education preferred. • Experience handling a broad range of HR matters independently. • Strong problem-solving skills. • Fluency in the local language and English. • Strong communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and client-service skills. • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset.
