📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for HR-related questions throughout the worker lifecycle • Work with Operations to ensure successful onboarding of new GEO workers • Support delivery of GEO HR processes, including handbooks, policies, practices, and procedures, ensuring legal compliance • Develop and maintain employment contracts for starters, leavers, extensions, and employment transfers • Manage complex HR projects and issues involving workers and clients, including performance management, terminations, and employment transfers • Advise clients on career progressions, promotions, salary analysis, and recommendations • Manage worker offboarding, including voluntary and involuntary departures and retirements • Advise and support management on HR responsibilities • Apply and update HR policies, procedures, and working conditions, ensuring communication and compliance • Maintain employee personal data according to local laws • Participate in projects requested by the immediate line manager • Identify process gaps and recommend or implement changes to mitigate risk • Provide the GEO Team and line management with updates on employment law • Provide guidance and support to Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and line management • Work with benefit providers to deliver legally compliant benefit packages and provide benefit costing updates • Manage monthly payroll for all workers with the local payroll team, ensuring legal compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management, or a related field • Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a generalist in a Human Resources role, preferably in a company of international scope • Knowledge of legislation and rules applicable to areas of responsibility • Experience managing employment terminations is essential • Experience advising on complicated employment relations issues • Payroll experience is desirable • Excellent spoken and written Spanish communication skills (essential) • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (essential)
