📋 Description

• Work closely with Sales and Clients to understand recruitment needs • Participate in job briefing meetings and provide value-adding recommendations throughout the recruitment process • Write and post tailored job advertisements • Search for and attract qualified candidates • Interview pre-selected candidates and assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit • Provide support to other regions where required • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with existing clients • Tailor recruitment solutions to clients’ evolving needs and expectations • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and adjust recruitment strategies as necessary • Manage the entire recruitment process for clients and meet their staffing needs

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing recruitment processes, ideally within a staffing agency • Experience in temporary staffing (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung) and direct hire across the German market • Clear and effective communication skills • Native-level German language skills • English language skills at B2 level minimum • Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with candidates and stakeholders • Good negotiating skills for offers and terms • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple candidates, schedules, and tasks • Good understanding of recruited roles, including required skills and experience
