📋 Description

• Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing. • Create user personas, customer journeys, user flows, and wireframes. • Design high-fidelity UI mockups, prototypes, and interactive experiences. • Develop responsive designs for web and mobile applications. • Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs. • Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI components. • Analyze user feedback and product metrics to improve user experience. • Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards. • Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field. • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer. • Strong portfolio showcasing UX process and UI design projects. • Proficiency in design tools such as: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch. • Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, information architecture, and interaction design. • Understanding of responsive design and accessibility principles. • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is a plus. • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
