📋 Description

• Manage tactical project management duties and sales efforts required to deliver SailPoint solutions • Oversee customer engagements from scoping through delivery and manage the client experience • Own services portions of sales opportunities, including presentations, RFP responses, and proposal/SOW generation • Serve as a client point of contact for issues and escalations • Manage financials of multiple projects, focusing on profitability, productivity, and client satisfaction • Align and staff project crew members with the Resourcing Management Office according to project requirements • Perform end-to-end project management for customer engagements • Maintain project documentation covering scope, status, schedule, budget, forecasts, risks, and issues • Provide strategic client-performance updates to senior management and regular status updates to account teams and Sales Managers • Partner with Customer Success Managers to maintain customer success throughout implementations • Identify opportunities to expand SailPoint product and services usage • Support direct reports’ career development through feedback, coaching, and guidance

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience at a Software, SaaS, or consulting company • 3+ years of project management experience • 1+ years of people management experience • Exceptional mentorship and leadership skills with a passion for continuous improvement • Experience with project planning, budget, scope, schedule, stakeholder, and risk management • Excellent communication skills and extensive experience working with clients and partners • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities • Experience working with Sales to scope services projects for enterprise software • Ability to travel up to 15% • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
