📋 Description

• Lead SailPoint’s internal Business Applications team for Productivity & Collaboration • Transition the function from day-to-day administration to strategic leadership • Own the roadmap and management of Atlassian, Slack, Asana, Lucid, and SharePoint platforms • Manage, mentor, and conduct performance reviews for two application administrators • Drive vendor relationships and vendor renewals • Develop and maintain a 12-month strategic roadmap prioritizing AI integration and security compliance • Act as the technical authority for the Atlassian environment and design scalable workflows • Oversee SaaS configurations, license utilization, and total cost of ownership • Establish operational metrics and report on ticket resolution, capacity planning, and project delivery SLAs • Complete onboarding, stakeholder and vendor discovery meetings, and an Atlassian architecture audit during the first 30 days • Present Atlassian findings and recommendations and draft the AI and Security roadmap during days 31–60 • Publish the strategic roadmap, launch an operational metrics dashboard, and begin an Atlassian optimization project during days 61–90

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of deep, architect-level experience specifically with the Atlassian suite, including Jira and Confluence • Proven experience in a Manager or Team Lead capacity • Track record of successfully mentoring technical direct reports • B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience • Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions • Working knowledge of APIs and scripting languages such as JavaScript and Python is a strong plus • Strong background in agile development processes and leading continuous delivery models • Executive presence and ability to influence C-level stakeholders • Ability to negotiate with vendors and drive cross-departmental adoption of new tools
