📋 Description

• Prospect, approach, and qualify potential customers • Analyze and qualify incoming leads • Route qualified leads to the sales team • Help companies make data-driven decisions according to the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) • Keep an up-to-date record of customer interactions in our CRM • Monitor metrics and KPIs to optimize processes and deliver better results

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese • Ability to maintain an organized work environment and manage tasks efficiently • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Target- and results-oriented • Familiarity with CRM tools • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress
