📋 Description

• Identify new business opportunities and open doors with companies across various industries. • Conduct active prospecting via phone, WhatsApp, e-mail, and LinkedIn. • Use social networks and digital channels to generate qualified leads. • Schedule online meetings with company decision-makers, clearly and engagingly presenting our Recruitment & Selection solutions. • Maintain close relationships with clients, generating new opportunities and referrals. • Keep the CRM updated and maintain an active pipeline to ensure smooth processes and results.

🎯 Requirements

• Communicative, persuasive, and proactive profile, with a genuine drive to deliver results. • Experience in B2B sales (services, consulting, marketing, or similar). • Proficiency using LinkedIn, WhatsApp, e-mail marketing, and other social platforms for prospecting. • Ability to conduct conversations with clarity and confidence. • Organized approach to manage client portfolios, follow-ups, and performance targets. • Knowledge of CRM systems, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and Excel. • Active CNPJ (company registration) required for contracting.
