• Identify new business opportunities and open doors with companies across various industries. • Conduct active prospecting via phone, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn. • Use social media and digital channels to generate qualified leads. • Schedule online meetings with company decision-makers, clearly and engagingly presenting our Recruitment & Selection (R&S) solutions. • Maintain close relationships with clients, generating new opportunities and referrals. • Keep the CRM updated and maintain an active pipeline to ensure smooth processes and results.
• Communicative, persuasive and proactive profile, with a genuine drive to deliver results. • Experience in B2B sales (services, consulting, marketing or similar). • Proficiency in using LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email marketing and other social networks for prospecting. • Ability to conduct conversations with clarity and confidence. • Organized to manage client portfolios, follow-ups and performance targets. • Knowledge of CRM systems, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and Excel. • Must have an active CNPJ (Brazilian company tax ID) for contracting.
