📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional project teams and ensure accountability for delivering projects on time, within scope, and to a high-quality standard • Own end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery across all project phases • Define and align project objectives, delivery strategy, and scope with client expectations and business goals • Monitor project performance, including timelines, KPIs, and financial tracking to ensure delivery efficiency and profitability • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively • Oversee change management processes, ensuring proper control of scope and contract adjustments • Manage external vendors and third-party partners when applicable, ensuring alignment with delivery expectations • Provide regular, structured reporting and updates to senior stakeholders and clients • Support business growth opportunities, including input into renewals and pre-sales activities • Mentor and support junior project managers, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing • Ensure effective governance structures, communication flows, and delivery frameworks are in place throughout the project lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• University degree or equivalent professional experience • Minimum 6+ years of experience in project management within IT, telecom, or a similarly complex technical environment • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent medium to large-scale projects • Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, and governance frameworks • Experience in financial tracking, budgeting, and delivery performance management • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and international teams • Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members is highly desirable • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Familiarity with structured project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models) is an advantage • Languages required: English – fluent (mandatory) • Spanish – fluent (mandatory)
