📋 Description

• Supervision and coordination of assembly and commissioning of production lines and individual machines worldwide • Ensuring and documenting project progress through assembly and site reports • Leadership of assigned technicians and external service providers • Collaboration with internal departments such as project management, engineering, sales and scheduling/dispatch • Communication with customers • Identification and resolution of technically complex issues on site • Monitoring compliance with occupational safety regulations, quality management and other applicable rules and laws • Coordination of subcontractors and acceptance/sign-off of their services • Monitoring project schedules and budgets • Handover of machines and systems to the customer

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in engineering or technical vocational training with additional qualification (e.g., technician certification) • At least five years of professional experience in a similarly international environment • Strong technical understanding combined with leadership skills and the ability to motivate others • Resilience, as well as a reliable and solution-oriented approach to work • Strong product or industry knowledge in the beverage industry is a plus • Good MS Office and SAP skills • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken • Confident, efficient time management and flexible work deployment according to project requirements • Willingness to undertake frequent business travel and long international assignments (>90%)
