📋 Description

• Use your network and/or sales initiatives to acquire new clients • Assist clients with their recruitment needs • Hold client meetings to acquire new business • Interview and present candidates to clients • Test candidates in various test systems when required by clients

🎯 Requirements

• Sales experience and understanding of how to secure orders • Registered as an independent consultant, agent, sole trader, or freelancer; own company; or willingness to pair with an EOR/payroll provider for compliance • Experience from Swiss recruitment agencies is a big plus • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage workflow and time • Fluent in English • French or German is a plus
