📋 Description

• Serve as the technical AI lead, guiding the architecture and evolution of the platform's intelligence layer • Define and advance the strategy for using LLMs in the product, including content generation, personalized learning, and user interaction • Design and implement RAG pipelines, including content ingestion, chunking, embedding generation, and retrieval strategies • Structure semantically-prepared data stores for AI use, considering educational data, learning paths, content, and interactions • Define prompt engineering standards to ensure consistency and high-quality outputs • Work closely with the full-stack team to guide integration between backend, data, and AI components • Support the QA team in defining quality criteria for AI outputs • Contribute to the design of experiments with the agile lead, providing technical approaches and hypotheses • Optimize performance, cost, and quality of AI solutions, including latency, token usage, and efficiency • Evaluate and test different models, approaches, and AI tools • Produce technical documentation and applied research reports for project accountability

🎯 Requirements

• Be resident in Minas Gerais • Hold a PhD in a field relevant to the project's activities; or hold a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of proven experience in research, technological development, or innovation related to the project • Experience integrating with LLM APIs (OpenAI or similar) • Data manipulation skills (Pandas or similar) • Understanding of embeddings and semantic search concepts • Proficiency with Git (version control)
